We are looking for a dynamic individual who is ambitious, has a desire to be hands on with a determination to produce great work both for clients and Highland Marketing.
Experience in healthcare and technology would be great, but not necessary, just some proof that you are willing to develop a passion and understanding of these markets.
Some of the skills we are looking for include the ability to help deliver thoughtful, inspiring creative integrated campaigns, along with excellent creative writing and verbal skills. An understanding and demonstrable application of social media is an absolute must, plus experience of PR and dealing with the media would give you the edge. And, being a quick learner with no fear of taking on responsibility would seal the deal!
Reporting to experienced members of the team, your key role would include:
- helping to develop and implement social media campaigns;
- creating and writing content ranging from case studies, opinion articles through to blogs;
- helping to run pro-active, issues based PR campaigns – on and off line;
- engaging with the media;
- website development;
- assisting with new business pitches and proposals;
- video production (not essential but a bonus if you have experience of this).
Enthusiasm, creativity, eagerness, drive, ambition, motivation, determination are all requirements for the successful candidate. Also essential is the desire to welcome challenges, take responsibility and the ability to work on your own, but always as part of a team. A long list, but as we have big ambitions for growth we need someone who wants to keep pace.
South East based preferred location, but for the right candidate location not an issue.
