Well-known overseas, Sentient Health was ambitious to expand in the UK. It needed to firmly establish its brand and raise awareness of what its products and services could achieve for UK healthcare providers – generating sales opportunities. The company also wanted to use its position as an international industry authority and thought leader, with long experience working with varied healthcare systems from Japan to the USA, to promote informed debate about the importance of clinical supply chain efficiency.

The outcome

A key task was to build an attractive, engaging and informative website geared to UK healthcare suppliers. Highland Marketing then developed an energetic media campaign based round news releases and opinion pieces focusing on key issues faced by the NHS. These have significantly raised the company’s profile and created new levels of awareness.
