Founder Susan Venables worked in a London agency and was amazed at how different functions did not work together; the PR department would not talk to design; print and sales promotion were equally far apart. She knew that the real value in marketing came in making those things work together, to give the client the best possible chance of using high quality marketing activities to grow their business.
Susan and Mark set up Highland in 2002 and the company has gone from strength to strength since then, but always remembering its belief in integrating services to help its clients.
